Jerusalem.pm Meeting October 21, 2007
Pictures from the meeting The meeting was interesting and enjoyable as usual. It was nice to see some "regulars" who we haven't seen recently and nice that people from outside of Exlibris came. First Ori showed us a website that he built where the user can edit many parts without knowing HTML or Perl. After the break, Shaul begain to speak, but the projector turned off. This is a known problem of the timer. Before the meeting, I spoke with Itsik (who is in charge of these kinds of things) and told him to change the timer. He said that he changed it to turn off at 9 PM but evidently he turned it the wrong way, because it went off at 7 ! While everyone waited, I called Itsik and he sent Dima who pulled out the timer. So, luckily Shaul was able to give his talk after all. It was interesting and informtive as usual. After the meeting, Issac gave me permissions to upload things to the computer that this wiki is on. I intend to put power points and code that can be linked to from the wiki. Anyone who has something to upload, can ask me.
