Jerusalem.pm Meeting May 28, 2007

This is the new format of past meetings. Because of the system of links that Amir put in here, The meeting page from before the meeting can be used , and just updated. This meeting may be noted for its technical difficulties. After many months of not being able to speak at the pm(because of trips to London), Motke finally agreed to speak. The talk was fantastic as I knew it would be. He explained a feature of Perl that many do not know, and those that do are unclear about,in a very clear manner. Unfortunately, there was a poor turnout, partly just because of bad timing. At the beginning of the meeting, the computer was not hooked up to the projector, so Emanuel, being previously of the installation team, tried to set it up. Finally that problem was solved with the help of a usb keyboard. Motke spoke first, altough the opposite was planned. Shay then gave a more informal discussion to a dwindled down group, which was also quite nice and interesting.
